Requirements

  • Train, develop, and lead Team Members within assigned zone
  • Assign, prioritize, and execute daily merchandising needs
  • Ensure proper facing of products and general recovery of zone
  • Coordinate with Resets and Project Coordinator for floor merchandising resets and off shelf changes
  • Read and implement planograms based on established deadlines
  • Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives
