Job Description
The Sales and Tourism Coordinator supports the Group Sales team in managing reservations and related operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience for all clients planning visits to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in museums, arts and cultural organizations, and/or nonprofit environments preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Gateway) a plus
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability in conflict resolution, leadership, team building, and staff motivation
Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
Sound judgment and understanding of responsibility, authority, and accountability
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
