Job Description
The Sales and Tourism Coordinator supports the Group Sales team in managing reservations and related operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience for all clients planning visits to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in museums, arts and cultural organizations, and/or nonprofit environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Gateway) a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution, leadership, team building, and staff motivation
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences
  • Sound judgment and understanding of responsibility, authority, and accountability
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
