Role OverviewThe Salesforce Administrator III/SR will be responsible for ongoing administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the Salesforce environment. This includes updates, enhancements, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on usability, efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability. The successful candidate will regularly interface with executive leadership, business units, and end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver scalable solutions.
What You Will Do
The Salesforce Administrator III/SR will perform system administration duties, including user management, security configuration, automation, and reporting, while supporting business processes across the organization. This includes troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrations, and related business systems.

Requirements
- Five years of experience in the administration, support, and configuration of Salesforce platforms
- At least one year of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Financial institution experience is preferred
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in the administration, support, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platforms
- At least three years of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required for all levels
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
