Role OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and assist with the ongoing design, development, optimization, and support of our mature Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a system administrator for Salesforce and be involved in daily operations, enhancements, and complex configurations.
What You Will Do
Participate on product teams to enhance SFDC functionality, execute configuration changes, develop ad-hoc reports, assist with QA and training, and perform ongoing system administration.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex org
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) preferred.
- Proven experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, LEX pages, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data model.
- Experience working in a Salesforce org with integrations, APIs, and third-party apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Intelligence, CRMA
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Advanced Administrator).
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, CPQ, Tableau, and Conga.
