Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Systems Analyst, you'll partner with Sales and Account Management teams to design, configure, and improve scalable CRM workflows and business system solutions. This role combines business process analysis, solution design, and hands-on system implementation to help our global revenue organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

You'll design, configure, and maintain workflows, automations, and business processes within Salesforce and related business systems. You'll also help evaluate and implement practical GenAI use cases that improve team productivity and workflow efficiency.

Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems environments (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Experience designing and implementing scalable workflows, automations, or business process improvements within CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how systems support operational efficiency
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions
- Interest in and curiosity about Generative AI tools and how they can improve business workflows and productivity
