Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This individual will serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on engineer, partnering closely with the Salesforce Administrator and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, streamline processes, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities include owning the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategy, designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, and leading Salesforce customization efforts.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
- Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development background
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
- Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance
- Experience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
