Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design for a large-scale CRM modernization program migrating from Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse to Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Design the target Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Define the data model, object structures, relationships, and governance for both standard and custom entities.
  • Participate in integration architecture to define API-led integration with external systems.
  • Establish real-time and batch integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring strategy.
  • Define Data Migration strategy for historical data
  • Support creation of unified customer profiles combining Salesforce + external systems data.
  • Define coding, configuration, and development standards (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Establish sandbox management, DevOps, CI/CD branching strategy, and release governance.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Define role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, and data access model.
  • Ensure platform design meets PII, GDPR/CCPA, and enterprise data protection requirements.
