Role OverviewPartner with Sales, Marketing & Partner Ops stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM system solutions. Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality and support rollout of new initiatives. Collaborate with the Revenue Technology team to maintain strong standards around solution design, documentation, release management, and change communication.

Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Serve as a trusted partner to end users, balancing day-to-day support with long-term platform improvements and driving CRM adoption across the org.

Requirements
- 2–4 years in a Business Systems, Salesforce Admin, or RevOps role
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge; CPQ exposure a plus
- Hands-on experience with declarative tools: configuration, flows, validation rules, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented
