Job Description
USAA is seeking a Salesforce CRM Software Engineer Senior to join a dynamic team within the Investment Experience Technology organization. The successful candidate will design, develop, and test complex technical solutions, lead code/design reviews, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum requirement
  • 6 years of software development experience demonstrating depth of technical understanding within a specific discipline(s)/technology(s)
  • 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle
