Job Description
As a Data Governance Analyst at Renesas, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, requiring strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service Cloud.

Requirements

  • All aspects of User and License Management
  • Salesforce configuration changes
  • Data Governance, Change Management, & Data Policies
  • Perform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization within Salesforce
  • Conduct regular data audits and recommend improvements
  • Monitor user adoption and drive improvements
  • Create and maintain Salesforce technical documentation
  • Work with integrated applications
