Role OverviewThe Salesforce Administrator/Developer owns the day-to-day configuration, automation, and support of the Salesforce platform. This role blends hands-on administration with intermediate development to keep Salesforce reliable and aligned to business process.
What You Will Do
Develops Apex and Lightning Web Components, builds and maintains Flow-based automation, supports and troubleshoots existing integrations, maintains data quality, and adheres to Salesforce best practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a Flow with sales leadership and writing an Apex trigger to enforce it at scale. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and analytical skills, and working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and the standard sales/service object model.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Min 3-5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I strongly preferred
