Job Description
Digital Mass is a Salesforce consulting firm seeking a Salesforce DevOps Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade deployment pipelines, own release processes, and enable development teams to deliver changes safely and efficiently across multiple environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce environments with a focus on deployments, releases, or DevOps
  • Strong working knowledge of Git and source control workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce metadata, environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod), and deployment concepts
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce development components (Apex, Lightning, flows, metadata types)
  • Platform Developer I certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working through complex deployment issues
  • Ability to clearly document processes and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
