Job Description
The Salesforce Enablement Analyst role is responsible for driving the effective use of Salesforce Lightning to enable high-performance sales execution across both hunters and farmers. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years in Sales Operations, CRM, or Business Analysis role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, with demonstrated ability to design and optimize business workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to listen, influence, and build trust across diverse sales teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
  • Experience with both hunter and farmer sales models in complex B2B environments
  • Certifications (preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
