Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. You will develop, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. You will execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include handling administrative functions in Salesforce applications, administering standard and custom fields, analyzing database issues, and troubleshooting problems. You will also assist in training rollouts to new users and grow the application knowledge.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a certified Salesforce professional with a minimum of two years of Salesforce functional experience. You should have experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories. Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile is also required.
