Requirements

- Extensive experience managing Agile/Scrum project lifecycles, sprint planning, and backlog management in Jira/Confluence
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to translate clinical needs into technical configurations
- Direct working background or deep familiarity with US healthcare systems, payer/provider workflows, and HIPAA compliance / PHI data handling
