Job Description

Entry level sales position to support DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent selling experience, maintaining store product and operational standards, and responsible for inventory processes. Secondary responsibilities include store cleanliness, general stocking, and safely delivering parts to customers.

Requirements

Basic automotive system knowledge
Basic part knowledge
Ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers
In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
Fleet safety certification preferred
Ability to use delivery board system
Friendly communication
Ability to locate and stock parts
Safety knowledge and skills
Operating inventory systems and store equipment
Parts and automotive system knowledge skills
Operating POS and Parts lookup systems
Expert at testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY service
