Job Description
TalentFish is casting a line for a Sample Management & Lab Support Specialist. This role exists to ensure the efficient handling, tracking, and coordination of samples throughout the full lifecycle, from receipt through testing and final disposition.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
  • Strong reading comprehension and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Familiarity with sorting, filing, and record management practices
  • Experience working in a laboratory, warehouse, or sample-handling environment preferred
  • Understanding of quality processes and regulatory standards is a plus
