Sander

Textron Aviation is seeking a Sander to provide a quality product by sanding to tolerance. The role involves working from work orders, specifications, procedures, and detailed instructions to sand basic parts.

What You Will Do

The Sander will operate pneumatic and hand sanding tools to prepare basic furniture parts at the raw stage, or prior to build-coat /topcoat processes, and maintain close mental and visual attention to meet tolerance of finish per process.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The successful candidate will have 6+ months of sanding experience, a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification, and Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading class preferred.
