Role OverviewThe Sanitation Associate is responsible for controlling all environmental and in-depth equipment cleaning to ensure the safety and quality of our food products. This role is part of the Artisan Bread Team and involves working in a manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include disassembling and setting up production equipment, cleaning equipment using COP and CIP systems, verifying equipment setup, and performing tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning Schedule.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or GED, one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, and six months of experience in Sanitation or Sanitation Teams. They must be able to lift 50 pounds, have good communication skills, and be able to train other associates in Sanitation/Environmental operations.
