Role OverviewThe Sanitation Lead is responsible for coordinating daily cleaning of equipment and structures in the food manufacturing environment. The role involves managing and documenting the clean following production shifts, breaking down production equipment, and sanitizing production lines. The Sanitation Lead must maintain a working knowledge of equipment and proper LOTO procedure for machinery.
What You Will Do
The Sanitation Lead will be responsible for daily facility sanitation and custodial duties according to the Sanitation Master Schedule. This includes cleaning all production areas according to SQF regulations, GMP, and sanitation policies. The role also involves operating floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other power equipment to maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements
