Role OverviewAs a Sanitation Manager, you will lead the sanitation team to ensure a culture of personal learning and professional development, promoting a culture of zero incidents in Health and Safety. You will develop strategies and tactics to achieve business results, leveraging your leadership expertise in continuous improvement, project management, and building people. This position will be accomplished by asking rich questions that guide members to take ownership and utilize their talents to achieve their vision of the best company in the world.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include exemplifying and advocating the Johnsonville Way, accountable for member performance issues, developing a culture of zero incidents in Health and Safety, leading continuous improvement programs, and developing and managing capital planning, budgeting, and strategic planning for the Sanitation area.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership/coaching role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation principles preferred
- Knowledge, experience, and successful execution in budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred
- Prior Sanitation Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
