Role OverviewAs a Sanitation Site Manager, you are responsible for the overall leadership and execution of sanitation operations at one of our customers' food manufacturing facilities. You will lead a team of sanitation professionals while ensuring every piece of equipment and every production area is clean, sanitized, inspected, and production-ready each day.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience within food manufacturing, sanitation or food production operations.
- Experience leading sanitation teams in USDA and/or FDA regulated facilities.
- Strong knowledge of SSOPs, GMPs, Allergen Controls, USDA/FDA regulations, GFSI Standards (SQF/BRCGS), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Hazard Communication (HAZCOM), PPE requirements, and chemical safety.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required based on customer needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital business systems.
