Role OverviewThe Sanitation Site Supervisor leads daily sanitation operations at a client facility, working closely with the team to ensure safety protocols are followed and food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach frontline employees, manage sanitation processes, and serve as the point of contact with client management and regulatory inspectors.

Requirements
- 2–3 years in sanitation leadership within food processing (USDA/FDA environment required)
- Strong understanding of GMPs, SSOPs, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and chemical handling
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual Preferred: English and Spanish
- Willingness to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays) and in all plant conditions (hot, cold, wet, loud)
