What You Will Do
The Sanitation Supervisor will oversee and direct all sanitation activities, lead and train sanitation team members, conduct pre-op and post-op inspections, monitor chemical usage, and maintain accurate sanitation records.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience
- Leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
- Poultry, food, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Effective communication skills

- Strong organizational skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
