Job Description
The Sanitation Associate is responsible for controlling all environmental and in-depth equipment cleaning to ensure the safety and quality of our food products. Key responsibilities include disassembling and setting up production equipment, cleaning all equipment using COP and CIP systems, and verifying the proper cleaning and set-up of all equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to train other Associates in Sanitation/Environmental operations
  • Desire and ability to operate as a member of a Self-Directed work team
  • Proficiency on Rich's SCADA system
  • Awareness of and ability to follow Associate Safety guidelines
  • Awareness of and ability to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines
  • Understanding of proper machine operating and adjusting procedures
  • Ability to work in and contribute to Production Improvement, Associate Involvement and Temporary Teams, as assigned
