Sanitation Technician

California Custom Fruits and Flavors is seeking a Sanitation Technician to join our team. Sanitation Technicians are a critical part of how we can produce our products.

What You Will Do

Remove stickers, lids, and orange O ring under lids. Pre rinse inside and put onto CIP skid for further cleaning. Cleanse inside of liquivators and all cook kettles. Follows process for Boil Out Procedures. Clean cook deck and underneath of liquidator platform. Cleaning overhead pipes, floors, and removal of down spouts from kettles. Brush off equipment, walls, ceiling, sweeping, and mopping floors. Clean BIB machine, fruit slicer, buckets, floors, and dump area. Clean sink and empty trash.

Requirements

• PPE: Steel-toed slip resistant rubber boots and lift belt required.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours.
• Bending/Flexing/Extending
• Frequently grip, reach, lift, or pull with both hands.
• Ability to lift 45lbs consistently.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Detail oriented and follow instruction without fail.
