Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Lead with a focus on SAP ABAP Programming Basics is responsible for leading technical teams, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP ABAP projects.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, design, develop, and test SAP ABAP programs to support business processes, and provide technical expertise and guidance on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.

Requirements
- Strong SAP ABAP background across multiple modules and integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical design reviews, code reviews, quality checks, and release readiness.
- Scrum Master or Agile delivery support experience, including ceremony backup, impediment tracking, and delivery metrics awareness.
- SAFe, Scrum, or SAP development certifications preferred.
- Ability to multi-task across competing initiatives while maintaining delivery discipline.
