Role OverviewThe SAP Analyst, IT Solutions, will collaborate with business functions to support and maintain the SAP ERP System across the enterprise. This role involves assisting in the collection and analysis of business requirements, participating in SAP initiatives, supporting system testing and integrations, and helping with user training.
What You Will Do
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and assist in translating them into functional specifications for SAP solutions. Assist with configuration, testing, and implementation activities within SAP. Provide first and second-level support for system issues, assist in analyzing root causes, and work alongside internal IT teams or Application Management Services partners to deploy fixes.

The ideal candidate will have a basic to good understanding of core business processes in manufacturing and supply chain, foundational knowledge of at least one or two core SAP modules, and strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
