Role OverviewThe SAP FICO Product Specialist will be responsible for performing code upgrades, identifying and documenting best practices, and providing continuous process improvement suggestions. They will also provide day-to-day production support for SAP Finance (FI/CO) processes, analyze and resolve incidents, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
What You Will Do
The SAP FICO Product Specialist will perform root cause analysis for recurring issues, investigate batch job failures, and support testing activities for system changes. They will also maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures to ensure operational readiness.

Requirements
- IT Customer Service/Problem Management Resolution experience
- Experience with ServiceNow, incident management, and ITIL-based support models
- Certification in SAP FICO module is preferred
