Role OverviewThe selected professional will work closely with production planners, supervisors, shop-floor personnel, warehouse teams, and business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure continuity across manufacturing activities.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP Production Planning processes, assist users with production orders, and explain SAP processes clearly.

Candidates from SAP consulting, production-support, key-user, super-user, or experienced business-user backgrounds may be considered when they demonstrate strong hands-on SAP PP knowledge and the ability to independently support and train users in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Ability to support and train Spanish-speaking users in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP PP and production-planning processes
- Experience with production orders, MRP, manufacturing master data, confirmations, and production execution
- Ability to troubleshoot functional incidents and guide users through practical resolutions
- Experience working with manufacturing, plant, or shop-floor stakeholders
