SAP RAR & BRIM Business Analyst

As a SAP RAR & BRIM Business Analyst, you will partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, and IT leaders to enable scalable subscription-based business models, streamline order-to-cash processes, and ensure revenue recognition compliance across a global organization.

You will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) and SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions that support Omnicell's evolving business model, financial compliance requirements, and digital transformation objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP functional, solution architecture, or enterprise application experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) implementation and support experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM implementation experience, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Financial Accounting, and Revenue Operations processes.
• Experience designing and implementing BRF+ revenue recognition rules and revenue allocation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives and collaborating with senior business and technology leaders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
