Role OverviewThe SAP Business Partner Order To Cash (OTC) will work in the Digital Solutions team under the supervision of the Head of Enterprise Applications and the Henka Programme Manager. The role involves working closely with the GC Global SAP team members, Digital Solutions team, globally located Business Process Experts, end users, externally hired contractors, the SAP partner, and SAP. The primary contact for business-related SAP application issues, questions, and requests will be the SAP SD Consultant.
What You Will Do
The SAP SD Consultant will participate in the design, build, configuration, and integration efforts on SAP, configure and develop SAP and RICEFWs, ensure SAP application documentation is present and up to date, and coordinate the design, build, test, and deployment on SAP and BI. The role also involves providing support, training, and assistance to end users in the areas of SAP, coordinating and/or delivering first and second-level support on SAP, and coordinating and executing SAP change requests.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are also required.
