Job Description
WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to collaborate with business stakeholders, configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, and provide end-user training and support. The role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes and practices, experience with cloud-based HR systems and technologies, and proficiency in system integration and data migration techniques. Bilingual in Korean/ English and certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system configuration.
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with organizational processes and policies.
  • Support system integration and data migration activities for successful implementation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user training and support during system rollout and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues and optimize system performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR system operation and data integrity.
  • Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors latest features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system upgrades and maintenance.
