Job Description
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who is bilingual in Korean/English to implement, configure, and maintain our HR systems using SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business processes and practices, experience with cloud-based HR systems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems and technologies
  • Proficiency in system integration and data migration techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Bilingual in Korean/English
