SAR/RF Compliance Test Engineer

Cascade Engineering Services is looking for a SAR/RF Compliance Test Engineer to support RF regulatory testing for wireless devices. This role focuses on hands-on testing, data collection, and ensuring compliance with global standards.

What You Will Do

Perform RF exposure testing, including SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) and Power Density (PD for 5G mmWave), on wireless ITE devices, conduct additional RF regulatory and compliance testing, record and document test data, and collaborate with Compliance Engineers.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, basic understanding of wireless communication and RF principles, experience in a laboratory environment, hands-on experience with RF lab equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Basic understanding of wireless communication and RF principles gained through coursework or work experience
• Experience in a laboratory environment (academic or professional)
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, power meters, signal generators, oscilloscopes)
