Role OverviewAs a Personal Banker at UFCU, you serve as a trusted ambassador of the organization's core values. You deliver exceptional Member service by accurately processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving account-related issues of moderate complexity.
What You Will Do
You will provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members in accordance with UFCU's values, respond and resolve member needs and service requests, open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit, and process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment
- Consultative sales experience
