Role OverviewAs a Personal Banker at UFCU, you serve as a trusted ambassador of the organization's core values. You deliver exceptional Member service by accurately processing transactions, answering questions, and resolving account-related issues of moderate complexity. Through an interactive, consultative interview process, you proactively identify Members' financial needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and support Members in achieving their financial goals.
What You Will Do
Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members in accordance with UFCU's values. Respond and resolve member needs and service requests, open consumer deposit accounts, process loan applications, and assess and anticipate member needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and working in a team environment
- Consultative sales experience
