Role Overview

The SBA Loan Administrator performs loan administration work, including collection and review of documents, to ensure adherence to the SBA loan program and credit policy. Coordinates internal workflow and resolves discrepancies to meet closing deadlines.

What You Will Do

Reviews loan application files, manages process for flood certifications, credit reports, and other documents, prepares documents and correspondence, and requests SBA loan approval.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SBA loan administration and/or loan processing experience
  • Demonstrated experience processing and closing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans
  • Working knowledge of LaserPro Loan Documentation Software
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting attorney-prepared loan documents
  • Strong knowledge of business entity structures and related documents
  • Experience auditing, closing, and funding SBA loans
  • Strong knowledge of collateral perfection requirements across various collateral types
