Job Description
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a SC Customer Collaboration Manager to lead the analytical engine, translating complex data into precise inventory replenishment models for premier customers. The role requires advanced data analytics and AI-driven insights to achieve aggressive 'in-stock' targets and maximize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Influence national forecast accuracy by collaborating with Planning and Sales teams to improve the distribution of finished goods inventory.
  • Partner directly with top customers and sales teams to identify efficiency opportunities, leading technology assessments and logistics improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain robust analytical reports to track key metrics, identifying trends that impact inventory levels and best-in-class service performance.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and AI-enhanced tools to continuously optimize supply chain operations, develop comprehensive performance reports and interactive dashboards, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Manage end-to-end customer and order processes, ensuring service level performance aligns with established customer requirements and benchmarks.
  • For customers who have VMI, drive VMI strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and ensure replenishment orders accurately reflect customer-specific trends.
