Role OverviewThe SCADA Field Service Technician is responsible for providing installation, technical maintenance, and repair of video surveillance systems and access control systems. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, and configuring new software and hardware, and traveling to various locations throughout New York City.

The day-to-day responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of video surveillance and access control systems, troubleshooting to the device level, and running various types of cabling.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work-related experience
- Knowledge of simple networking and network cabling
