Job Description
Austin Industrial is a merit shop, employee-owned company providing construction, maintenance, plant services, turnaround and specialty services to various industries for over 100 years. We are seeking a Scaffold Builder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Scaffolding craft.

Requirements

  • Work at heights with no fear
  • Determine type of scaffold needed
  • Inspect job site and scaffold material for defects and safety hazards
  • Transport and erect scaffolding materials
  • Properly secure and level scaffolding
  • Adhere to OSHA and site-specific requirements
  • Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding
  • Dismantle scaffolding when instructed to do so
  • Inspect and stow scaffolding material after dismantling
