Job Description
Construct, assemble, maintain, and dismantle tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures. Conduct site inspections and mitigate safety hazards. Directly supervises scaffold builder helpers. Requires high school diploma and 3 years of experience in the Scaffolding craft.

Requirements

  • Determines type of scaffold needed
  • Inspects job site and all scaffold material for defects and safety hazards
  • Transports tubular scaffold or other structural material and erects the scaffold to the dimensions required
  • Performs final inspection of completed scaffolding
  • Dismantles scaffolding when it has been properly communicated to do so
