Job Description
SCALE TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR 2ND SHIFT at JBS USA: manage premises computer/network equipment, provide technical support for plant personnel, and sustainably document Local Area Network IDF locations and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • Five years related IT experience
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Windows security policy
  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and deployment of Windows10/11 Enterprise operating systems
  • Experience with Office 2016, 2019, 0365, Microsoft cloud technologies- MFA
  • Experience with Cisco IOS switch configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of Ethernet network cabling and connectivity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and support skills
  • Ability to work in a plant/industrial environment
  • Availability for 24/7 on-call shifts
  • Willingness to travel (uncommon)
