Job Description
Lead and develop a team to drive policy implementation, enforcement optimization, moderation operations, and quality assurance. Own and drive high-impact initiatives to improve content quality and monetization integrity across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products, with a strong understanding of content ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and drive data-informed execution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels
