Job Description
Mercor is seeking a Scenario Reviewer to audit and evaluate AI training scenarios, ensuring they are logically sound and properly structured. The ideal candidate has a background in editing, QA, or technical review, and experience with JSON, Jira/Asana, data analysis, and process thinking.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Editing/QA background (senior editor, QA tester, technical reviewer, compliance auditor, or peer-reviewer)
  • Technical/data comfort (JSON familiarity, Jira/Asana power user, data analyst, SQL/Python exposure)
  • Process & systems thinking (operations managers, technical PMs, or systems designers with a strong understanding of complex workflows)
