Role OverviewCoordinates patient scheduling process, working with other departments to facilitate patient flow throughout the hospital. Provides customer service and administrative duties within the department.
What You Will Do
Posts surgery and imaging cases, prepares schedules, resolves scheduling conflicts, and notifies affected departments of schedule changes. Verifies and validates physician orders, obtains and edits patient information, and assigns health plans to patient scheduled appointments.

Requirements
- High school degree
- 1-2 years of experience in patient scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
