Role OverviewThe Scheduler ensures timely scheduling of treatments and services for patients in a Home Health setting, working closely with Care Management and other peers. This role requires flexibility, critical thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. The Scheduler will work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and short deadlines.
What You Will Do
Provide accurate and timely schedules for patients, participate in agency back office operations, and ensure field scheduling assignments follow agency standard operating procedures. Update the daily Home Health RADAR staffing availability report and perform HCHB workflow tasks in a timely manner.
