Role OverviewThe Scheduler IV will coordinate project schedules, perform contractor schedule reviews, and evaluate contract change orders. They will also perform time impact analysis, participate in change order negotiations, and conduct construction/project site visits. The Scheduler IV will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
What You Will Do
The Scheduler IV will perform tasks such as preparing project schedules, performing contractor schedule reviews, evaluating contract change orders, and conducting time impact analysis. They will also participate in change order negotiations, conduct construction/project site visits, and review contractor's weekly and monthly schedule progress.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field
- Advanced proficiency in specified software, including Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling
- Experience with time impact analysis
- Experience with construction claims and change orders
