Role OverviewThe Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times. They create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members, and collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.

Create staffing schedules, ensure quality nursing care, and collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling patterns and needs.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
