Job Description
Join Covenant Home Health Care and Concierge Home Care as a Scheduling Coordinator, LPN. Enjoy a full-time, in-office role with flexibility for field visits. Provide hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes and coordinate daily scheduling and operational coordination.

Requirements

  • Unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Home health experience preferred, but not required
